I’m a cartoonist and stay-at-home dad with a six year old boy at home;  I know superheroes.

But in case you don’t, one of Superman’s few weaknesses is that he can’t see through lead. He can fly, shoot laser beams out his eyes, freeze things with his breath, he’s super strong and pretty much invulnerable. But that darned lead gets him every time!

Superman’s the kind of guy I think pretty much any employer would like to have on their team, so it was fun making this job market a challenge even for him.
